specialties. What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors This
Administrative Assistant will work 20+ hours/week. Work shall be
completed during business hours but may be flexed over the course
of the workweek. This person will work in-person at our Livonia
office and perform a range of administrative duties supporting our
Environmental & Water Resources Group and interacting with all
levels of staff daily. Examples of some of the responsibilities of
this position include:
- Schedule internal and external meetings, create agendas,
facilitate meetings, and prepare & distribute meeting minutes as
needed.
- Coordinate registrations for conferences and sponsorships.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Process professional organization membership renewals.
- Prepare credit card receipts for leadership team.
- Proof-read reports for spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Compile project deliverables, which may include reports and
technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain a training and conference calendar to
support staff growth.
- Create purchase orders for field supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate new hire interviews.
- Prepare plots and print outs.
- Coordinate group activities to build on OHM's positive employee
culture.
- Front desk coverage, as needed. Your Team As a trusted member

You'll Need to Succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,
Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn other software applications necessary to
perform your role.
- Capable of working independently as well as with the team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of three years' experience in an administrative role,
preferably with an Associate degree in business administration or
