Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a
detail-oriented Appraisal Coordinator to join our growing mortgage
team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the entire
appraisal process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of
reports to support the mortgage underwriting process. Serve as the
primary liaison between loan officers, appraisers, and
underwriters, coordinating appointments, monitoring progress, and
resolving issues to ensure efficient loan pipeline management.
Compensation: $48,000 - $54,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage and
process appraisal orders and transfers with precision, ensuring
timely completion and delivery. Coordinate and track pest
inspections, water quality tests, and fire inspections to maintain
full regulatory compliance. Communicate effectively with vendors,
clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and
efficient loan file progression. Organize, maintain, and update all
documentation related to Certificates of Eligibility. Provide
comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior loan
processors. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies
and established industry guidelines. Qualifications: Prior
experience in mortgage operations, with a focus on appraisal
coordination or loan processing, is highly preferred. Excellent
organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to
manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Proficient in
mortgage software platforms (e.g., Loadasoft, Google Sheets,
Outlook) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and
customer service skills, facilitating effective collaboration with
appraisers, loan officers, and underwriters. Exceptional attention
to detail and accuracy in document management, task scheduling, and
data entry. Self-motivated and capable of working independently,
while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. About
