At Roush, you arepart of building the future.Job SummaryAt ROUSH Performance, the Marketing Associate will help plan and execute key marketing and advertising activities on our rapidly moving Marketing team. For this exciting role, you should understand the full marketing mix, AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) funnel and how each of our activities impact the customers' journey. Social media, CRM, content creation, and events are all important aspects of this role. We are looking for a passionate automotive enthusiast who has a strong marketing background, thinks customer first, and has a goal-orientated mindset. Ultimately, we need a team player who will help our team achieve business goals through support of key marketing campaigns. This position is located in Livonia, MI.As a Marketing Associate, you will:

• Work with agency partners to maintain and grow social & digital communities: planning, posting, and monitoring our brand on relevant forums, social media, and other channels
• Work with agency partners to develop consumer facing content, schedule consumer & dealer campaigns in our CRM tool MailChimp and monitor performance. Ensure content is organized in a shared DAM system.
• Assist in shows and events plan, travel with team to promote the Roush Performance brand (includes trade shows, brand shows, and owners' club events)
• Assist with critical B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives, including Dealer development program, co-op programs, and content development
• Prepare micro-content assets as needed; may include photography, videography, and other digital assets, employing software like Photoshop and AI to create digital assetsTo be considered a Marketing Associate, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience utilizing digital project management tools or software, such as Monday.com
  • Working knowledge with digital marketing programs; Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Falcon.io
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Digital design, proficient skills in Photoshop, AI, Canva.com
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset
  • Stronganalytical skillswith a goal-oriented attitude
  • Strong project management, time management skills
