Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Events Marketing to
oversee event marketing functions across various formats.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with
marketing and sales objectives
Create field marketing programs to support BDR and AE teams,
ensuring effective lead generation and follow-up
Manage all aspects of event execution, including budget, logistics,
and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
BS in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Communications, or related
field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in event marketing with proven impact in
various event formats
Strong understanding of lead generation and event funnel
metrics
Fluency in CRM and marketing tools, preferably HubSpot
Experience in building scalable programs with limited resources
