Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly Responsibilities: Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly. Supervise and lead a team of mitigation technicians in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects. Documenting job progress clearly and accurately. Engage in training programs and assist with OTJ training of technician teams. Qualifications: 3 years minimum experience in Mitigation & Restoration. IICRC WRT Certification, minimally. The ability to be able to effectively lead a mitigation team. PSA and Encircle program experience preferred. Valid US driver's license with a clean record.
