Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide specialized support within an elementary school setting
located in Dearborn, MI. This contract role spans the current
school year (CSY) and offers an engaging environment to work with
preschool and elementary-aged students, supporting their
communication development and academic success. Key
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and
communication disorders in students. Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and counselors to
promote effective communication strategies. Maintain detailed
records of student progress and therapy sessions. Participate in
team meetings and comply with all school and state regulations.
Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). Experience working as an SLP
in school settings preferred. Strong understanding of speech and
language development in children. Ability to work onsite full-time,
providing direct services during school hours. Commitment to
supporting a diverse student population without supervision of SLPA
or SLP-CF. Location: Onsite position based in an elementary school
