Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide critical services
within an elementary school setting. This contract role supports
students from Pre-K through 5th grade, offering resource room
services designed to enhance communication skills and overall
academic success. The position follows the full school year
calendar, with hours from approximately 8:40 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities include administering speech and language
assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and
collaborating closely with teachers and other school professionals
to support student progress. The SLP will work with diverse
pediatric populations and utilize best practices aligned with
healthcare and educational standards to meet student needs.
Qualifications and Experience: Certification as a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
preferred. Experience providing speech-language pathology services
in schools, particularly with pediatric populations. Familiarity
with school-based interventions and resource room settings. Ability
to work effectively with children from Pre-K through 5th grade.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with
educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Location:
Elementary school located in Ann Arbor, MI. This contract offers
