Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide
services to preschool and elementary school students in a K-12
school setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive
speech and language therapy to support the communication
development of young learners in a dynamic educational environment.
Location: Sterling Heights, MI Duration: Complete School Year (CSY)
Setting: K-12 School, Preschool and Elementary levels Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and
assessments for preschool and elementary students. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans to address speech,
language, and communication needs. Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other school professionals to monitor student progress
and adjust therapy goals as needed. Provide both in-person and
potential teletherapy services to meet student needs. Maintain
accurate documentation and comply with all school policies and
state regulations related to speech-language pathology services.
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP Certification or
License appropriate for school settings. Experience working with
pediatric populations in educational or healthcare environments.
Ability to provide services to students with diverse speech and
language disorders. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and
delivering remote speech therapy services. Completion of a Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience. Knowledge
of and commitment to evidence-based practices in speech-language
