In your new role you will:
Provide 2nd-Level technical support to our end customers around the
world and field application engineers (US)
Answer daily technical questions, mainly via email, chat and social
Guide and supervise our technical service center
Be an expert in training for our distributors and junior support
team-members (focus US)
Help select and develop appropriate service center personnel
Expand our knowledge base by utilizing available tools and
Selective traveling to support our 1st line Sales team
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field of
5-10 years of experience in training technical support
Are a self-motivated individual who is personally committed to the
customer's concerns, sees problems as an incentive and opportunity
for constant improvement and contributes to a culture of candid
dialogue and feedback
A strong customer focus, ability to team up for best results and
develop trust and respect for your colleagues
Always strive for excellence and have an interest in fostering your
Focus on semiconductor application design HW/SW
German or mandarin are a plus
Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to operate
with minimal supervision
