Responsibilities

• Design QA automation strategy and lead testing efforts
• Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans and assist with test execution
• Create manual/automated test scripts by leveraging requirements documentations, wireframes, and comps
• Participate in standing team meetings
• Contribute to weekly status reports, interact with clients and vendors as needed
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery
• Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into opportunities
• Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
• Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams
• Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards.
• Works with customers and internal creative teams to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions
• Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
• Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met
• Drive quality control around CI/CD pipeline process and implementations
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 7+ years of software testing experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing test automation frameworks
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and deploying automation frameworks across web, API and mobile platforms
  • STRONG hands-on automation expertise using Selenium, Protractor or any JavaScript based automation frameworks
  • Experience with Javascript, HTML/CSS to support writing automated tests
  • Experience with Web Services automation tools using SoapUI, Postman and Rest Assured
  • In depth knowledge of Java, C# or Python
  • Familiar with JIRA or similar defect tracking tool
  • Previous experience testing API's (discovery testing, usability testing, security testing and documentation)
  • Ability to read code and participate in code reviews, experience in automating at UI/AP/database level using appropriate tools
  • Knowledge of the technical stack in an n-tier application and the ability to identify different types of testing that can be applied in each tier
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and technical design documents
  • Design, develop and execute Test Cases
  • Experience working with external clients
  • Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs
  • Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies
  • Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be research savvy and be a subject matter expert of current industry-wide quality & test processes, tools and technologies
  • Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
  • Bachelor's Degree

    • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
    • Experience working in the consulting industry
    • Understanding of complex Internet based enterprise level applications
