Mechanical Technician

Job Description:

Pay Range: $34/hr - $36/hr Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience as a container handling equipment mechanic or service technician preferred Previous crane mechanic experience is a plus Hydraulic systems experience required (pumps, valves, motors, filters, and hoses) Driveline component repair experience (axles, bearings, ring, etc.) Ability to work in various weather conditions Ability to work in a safety-focused environment Ability to lift 50lbs Must have a Valid Driver’s License Must pass a pre-employment background verification and physical, and drug screening. Must be able to work 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday-Friday Preferred Experience: Familiarity with port or intermodal yard equipment (e.g., Kalmar, Taylor, Hyster). Experience working on Class 8 trucks and trailers. Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
