Job Description:
Job Description: The Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Manager is
responsible for leading the Manufacturing Engineering function for
the Engine Assembly programs. The primary responsibility is to
guide the Engineering team to develop and launch assembly processes
that meet all objectives for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
This includes performing assessments for process changes and
investment requirements for cost and risk reduction, implementation
of process and environmental standards, and supporting all
activities including deployment of advanced ME tools. The ME
Manager will support Engine Manufacturing Plants located in Dundee
& Trenton Michigan, Kokomo Indiana, Toledo Ohio, and Saltillo,
