Job SummarySupports the account management staff who designs, establishes, and oversees the integrated logistics and processes to support non-VisTaTech and VisTaTech Center events.Job Duties1. Prepares contracts for internal and external clients to determine conference requirements.2. Creates and maintains business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance utilization of VisTaTech Center and Schoolcraft College.3. Recommends methods and procedures to enhance operations as it relates to technology, equipment, food service, logistics, and other related issues.4. Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications1. Two (2) years appropriate experience in a related field; knowledge and understanding of meeting and event planning principles, requirements, procedures and available resources.2. Possess organizational skills and attention to detail.3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.4. Ability to work independently and within a team, multitask and be flexible within the work environment.5.
