If you are hired for this role, you and your staff will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 10 plus locations, analyzing the financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, supporting M&A activities, help develop 3 & 5 year financial plans, establish pricing and quoting decisions, production sourcing, variance analysis, variance explanations, and work directly with their VP of Finance for other strategic initiatives. If you have the aforementioned experience plus demonstrated experience with: strategic planning, leading the budgeting and forecasting process for a multi-entity, multi-product line entity, 5 year strategic planning, consolidations, have had plant controllership experiences, product costing and pricing experience, capacity planning and cost savings analysis, variance explanations, and have proven exposure to process improvements, planning, strategic foresight, apply today.
