You enjoy sharing your knowledge and know-how with others.Position SnapshotThe D365 IT Business Analyst Manager leads a team of analysts and is responsible for managing and overseeing our existing D365 implementations and assisting in finding solutions. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating and conducting design reviews of desired functionality that is documented and prepared for development. Coordinates with users to define needs, data availability, and requirements and resolves systems design problems.Day in the LifeIn a typical day you can expect to:* Interact and consult with key stakeholders and end users of various departments to identify system requirements* Monitor service requests and project progress* Participate in planning and developing company-wide IT strategies* Lead the development of feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, business case development and risk assessments for various technology projects* Establish standards for Business Analysis, including methodologies, metrics, requirements and tools* Oversee analysis and revision specifications of system logic to reflect business needs* Perform feasibility analysis, scopes projects to prioritize deliverables, and negotiates on product functionalities* Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution* Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements* Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions* Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation* Educate user base through both formal and informal training materialWhat you need to apply* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management, or a related field; and 7 or more years' experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required* Prior experience managing teams or leading work groups is preferred* Technical and analytical skills to identify trends, data patterns and seek out solutions* Excellent communication skills - be able to talk to any person in any job role and help to understand, gather, communicate and document their issue* Understanding of Enterprise Financial Applications* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations* Advanced troubleshooting abilities in D365* SQL skills preferred* Experience working with ticketing software.
