The Branch Manager is critically important to our growth and success. The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving the company's strategic objectives at their branch location and in their market. The Branch Manager is the senior-most manager at the branch and has total Profit & Loss responsibility.Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically support, adhere to, and promote our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
• Support, adhere to, and enforce company policies.
• Sets both short and long-term strategic plans, which coincide with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Provide management, leadership, and oversight to Operations Managers, Account Managers, and other team members.
• Works with the Director of Branch Operations to establish budgets and forecasts.
• Supports the Sales & Business Development Team to achieve mutually beneficial objectives.
• Achieve contract renewal rates at or above company standards.
• Assure of high-quality work and performance that aligns with the company's high standards.
• Submits timely and accurate reports as required.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely recordkeeping.
• Establish and promote positive relationships with local vendors, service partners, local & state agencies, and the community locally.
• Establish, maintain, and continue to enhance strong working relationships with other departments within the company.
• Identify staff needs and make hiring decisions that support the company's vision, mission, and core values.
• Management, oversight, and implementation of training and employee development at the branch level.
• Effective and cooperative collaboration with other company departments.
• Arranges credit agreements with local vendors with assistance and guidance from the Director of Finance.
• Oversee the branch's fleet of trucks & equipment.
• Reports all incidents and injuries as required by the Director of Safety.
• Promotes a safety culture to improve safety metrics and to achieve a healthy and safe workplace environment for employees.
• Participates in the branch, multi-department, and corporate meetings either remotely or in person, as needed.
• Shares best practices and experience with other Branch Managers and key personnel throughout the company.
• Responsible for AR collections in collaboration with Finance Team.
• Always represent the company positively and professionally.Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must be a proven leader with the ability to motivate the team and drive desired results.
  • Be a self-starter, able to productively work for extended periods of time with minimal direct supervision.
  • Be highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Must have a working knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook; and have the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Willing to consent to pre-hire, post-incident, and random drug testing.
  • Willing to sign a confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-solicit agreement.Compensation:
