Job Description:

This -Project Manager -position is for the management of 20+ small to large painting projects at a time. The position requires the project manager/superintendent to be in the field 80%+ of the time and come into the office for production meetings and AR meetings. We are seeking a career-focused person, who is interested in the potential that small company structure has to offer of growth, money, and comfort.

Total compensation structure - $100,000+ ($70,000 base salary + Per Project Bonus)

Compensation:



--- $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary (based on experience, bonus structure, etc.)
--- Bonuses/profit sharing on projects - Approximately $20,000 - $40,000+ (details at interview)

Training and support will be provided to ensure the success of the new TEAM member.

Responsibilities:
--- Scheduling the start of projects
--- Set up the project with a clear work order given to the foreman
--- Communicate with customer before the start of the project and throughout the project
--- Must visit approximately 6-8 projects per day using efficient and organized routes
--- Management of 10-20+ projects
--- Perform 3+ walk-throughs per week (20-30 minutes per project for a proactive approach, depending on the size of the project) on each project to ensure quality, progress and cleanup on the project. Updating management software with pictures on each visit for documentation.
--- Internal final walk-through with our painters prior to the final walk-through with the customer
--- Handling any issues/touchups that arise during the project
--- Final walk-through with customer (our painters present to handle blue tape-marked touch-ups)
--- Get a final signoff from customer

Qualifications:
--- Motivated
--- Highly organized and detail-oriented
--- Great communication
--- Honest
--- Must be able to use a computer, email, and management system software
--- 5+ years' experience as a superintendent or a project manager is a plus
--- Insurance restoration project management experience is a plus
--- Paint sales rep experience is a plus
--- Hours - 7am to 5PM
