Architectural Hardware & Supply located out of Livonia, MI, is a distributor of commercial frames, doors, and hardware. The Company has been supplying quality products and exceptional service to our customers since 2010 and prides itself on its commitment to customer service, first rate products, and strong relationships with customers and vendors.

The Project Manager Position:
The Project Manager manages document control (including quotes, submittals and RFIs), handles schedule updates, attends weekly meetings, assists with subcontractor review and management, and material procurement. The Project Manager needs to have the ability to read blueprints, be capable of problem solving efficiently, provide consistent communication, and have the drive to work hard to keep the project on track.

The Project Manager is deeply involved in projects from take-off to completion. Please note that this position requires someone who can be in the office every day.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Manager Position:

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred
• Ability to manage projects and develop client relationships
• General computer proficiency
• A strong interest and passion for the Commercial Construction Industry
• Multitasking
• The ability to work hard, ask questions, and communicate effectively is a must!
