Your Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manages a dedicated set of projects and the respectively accountable Project Managers, on a strategic level.
  
• Lead medium to long term planning and prioritization processes for all projects assigned.
  
• Act as escalation point of contact within defined escalation paths.
  
• Decide about conflicting targets or resource requests.
  
• Monitor project progress, and contribute to Go/No-Go decisions.
  
• Interact and communicate with senior stakeholder peer-groups or customers.
  
  Your Qualifications
  • 
    
  • Bachelor of Science degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
    
  • 3 or more years of automotive engineering experience.
    
  • Advanced engineering & physics knowledge.
    
  • Practical and applicable knowledge of vehicle systems.
    
  • Leadership ability and delegation skills.
    
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    
  • Ability to prioritize and make recommendations -and decisions.
    
  • Ability to influence while being open to technical feedback.
