Job Description Job Description Overview The Program Headquarters Junior Project Manager is responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating call center program staff. This role supports a concierge-style customer experience and dealer offsite training initiatives. The Junior Project Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring quality, compliance, effective program execution, and accurate reporting. Work environment : On-site, Monday through Friday, at our Dearborn, MI office. Responsibilities Participate in program planning, development, and implementation. Manage program timelines and appropriately staff the call center to meet call volume needs. Schedule and coordinate program personnel. Monitor adherence to program guidelines and processes to maintain quality and accuracy. Ensure the delivery of an exceptional, luxury-level client experience. Communicate program updates, changes, and general information to the team. Train staff on the program’s project database and processes. Track and analyze call volume metrics. Serve as a communication link among the account project manager, producers, and Program Headquarters Director. Address issues promptly and communicate resolutions to both management and staff. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related role. Automotive industry experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in collaborative problem solving. Friendly, positive, and adaptable demeanor. Service-oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities. Client-focused and highly organized.
