We are outpatient outcome focused physical therapy practice located in Livonia-Canton since last 9 years and we are expanding and looking for full time physical therapist to join our team.--We are independent therapist owned private practice and our therapists have combined experience of 20+ years. In our practice we see patients ranging from 2 months old to 96 years old and we put high emphasis on body mechanics, tissue healing, principles of therapeutic exercises and Manual Therapy. We put high emphasis on evidence based practice and our focus is patient centered and working one on one with patients for optimal outcomes. We are looking for someone who has passion to work in outpatient, open minded, life long commitment to learning,implementing and have great customer service. Can take charge, have ownership and have passion for board certification in future.Requirements:* Should be licensed to practice in state of Michigan without any restrictions.* 2 years of experience in outpatient setting preferred but not required.* Masters or Doctorate in physical therapy.* CPR* Willing to learn and focused on outcomes.* Follow code of ethics as set forth by APTA and follow CMS guidelines.* Able to supervise and direct care provided by PTA.* Team player, does timely documentation and participates in promoting business in community.* Goes to physician appointment with patient in complicated cases to discuss and co-ordinate care.* Patient centered and outcome focused, understands challenges of insurance and be a team player in providing documentation for prior authorization.* Flexible in schedule and willing to cover both locations as schedule allows (you will have 1 primary location that you will practice).* Proactive mindset with strong desire for personal and company growth.Salary will be dependent on skill sets and experience, we have ownership models for future growth that we can offer after 2 years of employment.Full time employee benefit package including but not limited to paid time off, Health insurance, dental and vision which starts after 30 days of joining.
