Contributes to the care planning process by providing the charge nurse or other care planning staff with specific information and observations of the residents' needs and preferences.-- Carry out assignments required for the Resident's activities of daily living (ADL's) which include but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.#INDLIVN#PM22Requirements:Education, Training, and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare desired (not required). Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities:Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics. The ability to verbally communicate with residents, staff, and visitors. Shows dependability by being punctual and maintaining good attendance.
