per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse First
Assistant Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 15
weeks Shift: Wednesdays and Thursdays Hours per Shift: 8 hours
Experience: 3 years in RN role with successful completion of RNFA
program License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
Certifications: BLS, CRNFA cert from CCIM Must-Have: - 3 years of
experience as an RN who has successfully completed an RNFA program
from an accredited School of Nursing - CRNFA certification
Description: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery
of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing
process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to
provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of
patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient
and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in
finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures
implementation of solutions. Works effectively with providers
during surgery including suturing patients and assisting with
procedures. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities are
necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the
assigned unit or department. Ability to perform a wide variety of
professional nursing services. Ability to communicate effectively
