experience preferred, with established patient panel a plus Strong

developing outpatient practice settings Demonstrated adaptability
and teamwork Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include:
Delivering high-quality outpatient primary care to a diverse
patient population Managing preventive care, acute illnesses, and
chronic conditions Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to
coordinate patient care Utilizing Epic and other digital tools for
clinical documentation and patient communication Participating in
quality improvement and community health initiatives Contributing
to the growth and development of new and established practice sites
