full-time on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian, is located in
Livonia, NY. The Associate Veterinarian will provide medical care
and treatment to animals, including performing routine check-ups,
vaccinations, diagnostics, and surgeries. The role also involves
client communication to educate pet owners about preventive care,
treatment plans, and overall pet health. The veterinarian will
collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest standard
of care and a positive experience for both clients and patients.
Qualifications Strong patient care skills, including conducting
thorough examinations, providing accurate diagnoses, and developing
effective treatment plans. Proficiency in performing surgeries,
administering vaccinations, and managing routine and emergency
medical cases. Excellent client communication and interpersonal
skills to educate pet owners about pet care and address concerns
effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and
contribute to maintaining a positive clinic environment. Veterinary
degree (DVM or equivalent) and a valid veterinary license in the
state of New York are required. Commitment to continued learning
and professional development, including staying updated with the
latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
