Job Description:
URGENT: Locums Hem/Onc Provider needed in Central Michigan
Location: Midland Michigan Setting: Outpatient Clinic Start Date:
ASAP End Date: Ongoing, 3 months minimum commitment Coverage:
Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p Call Requirements: Active, unrestricted MI
license BE/BC Hem/Onc Provider Clean DEA, Cs3, & NPDB (no current
suits or unresolved cases) BLS Certification Minimum 1 year
experience Must have treated a minimum of 24 patients with illness
related to Hematology within 12 months Must provide 3 professional
references that had worked with the provider within 18 months IMLC
accepted No surgeries or procedures required Rate: Give me your
best rate and I will negotiate it Volume: 15 patients per day /
Call is 2-5 calls/night Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice
