Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide expert nursing care in an acute operating room setting, focusing on orthopedic, vascular, and robotic surgeries. This role involves comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and facilitating smooth transitions of care. Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams is essential to deliver holistic care tailored to each patients unique needs. Responsibilities: Perform direct patient care and surgical scrub duties during operations. Develop and implement patient care plans incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Educate patients and families on care processes and post-operative instructions. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain compliance with established safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications and Experience: Current CA RN licensure with BLS (AHA) and ACLS certification. Minimum of 2 years experience in orthopedic, vascular, and robotic surgery areas. Proven scrub experience in an operating room required. Certified Nurse Operating Room Specialist (CNOR) preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, various start times between 6:45 AM and 3:45 PM. Weekend availability required.
