UMH–Sparrow Lansing is seeking a locum CRNA to provide independent
anesthesia coverage at our Endoscopy Center beginning January 2026
through Summer 2026. This role supports the department during a
period of short staffing and offers a stable weekday schedule with
no call responsibilities. The CRNA will work independently in a
dedicated endoscopy setting providing MAC anesthesia and managing
10–16 cases per day. Ideal candidates are experienced reliable and
comfortable practicing autonomously. Practice Setting: CRNA – Endo
Center Documentation System/EMR: EPIC No Trauma Designation No Pain
Management Cases Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10-16 Description
of IR Support Staff: The CRNA will work with a dedicated Endo
Center. Patient Age Demographic: Adult Geriatric Procedures
Required: Endoscopy casesMAC Monitored Anesthesia Care CRNA solo
casesEGD with biopsies if necessaryColonoscopy with biopsies if
necessaryCombined: EGD/colonoscopy10-16 cases per line.08:00 – 4:30
pm Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days.Facility
Reimburse: Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate. Please submit
the following rate types Orientation must be 1/2 the hourly rate
Hourly - Capped at 280 Holiday - 1.5X Conversion Schedule Days, The
CRNA will work a weekday day shift, Monday through Friday, from
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Endo Center. Responsibilities include
providing anesthesia services independently for endoscopy
