Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized
services in a school setting within Oakland, CA. This role involves
working with students to support their developmental and
educational goals through tailored therapeutic interventions. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop
individualized therapy plans. Implement therapeutic activities to
enhance students' motor skills, coordination, and sensory
processing. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to
integrate therapy goals within the classroom environment. Monitor
and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as
necessary. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively
with families regarding student progress. Qualifications and
Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure. Experience
working in educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of
pediatric therapy principles and developmental milestones. Ability
to travel to various school locations as required. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with
students, families, and school personnel. Location: Position based
