Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) looking for a role where

hiring a Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing and
rehabilitation team. In this position, you’ll work with residents
to restore mobility, strength, and independence, while being part
of a collaborative team in a supportive senior care community in
Vermilion, Ohio. What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist Evaluate
residents’ functional abilities and design individualized therapy
treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility,
balance, strength, and overall quality of life Track resident
progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate
documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow
rehabilitation professionals to provide coordinated care Educate
residents and families on therapy goals, safe movement, and
exercises to continue progress Ensure therapy services meet Ohio
state regulations and facility standards What You’ll Need Active
Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license required Graduate degree in
Physical Therapy from an accredited program Experience in skilled
nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (new grads
welcome) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving
skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy Ability
