Job Description - Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership - Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations - Balanced professional and personal lifestyle - Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay - Leadership who are invested and seek your input - Time with patients who respect your care - Strong and available subspecialty support - Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship - Group with surgical and robotics expertise - Flexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients/day - 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume - Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center - 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions - No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours - Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections) - Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous) - Four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion - Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers - Strong, collegial subspecialty support - EMR: Cerner
