Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
occupational therapy services in a dynamic school environment, this
part-time role supports students from kindergarten through 12th
grade. The position requires expertise in school-based occupational
therapy to address the developmental and functional needs of
students across all grade levels. Location: Oakland, CA Key
Responsibilities: Deliver effective occupational therapy
interventions tailored to K-12 student needs Collaborate with
educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized
strategies Conduct student evaluations and progress monitoring
aligned with school goals Maintain accurate documentation in
compliance with educational and therapeutic standards Participate
in team meetings and contribute to students Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs) Qualifications: Licensed Occupational
Therapist (OT) with experience in school settings Knowledge of K-12
educational environments and regulations Ability to manage a
caseload independently and effectively Strong communication skills
for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
Commitment to providing student-centered services that enhance
learning and participation Schedule: Part-time position, 1 day per
week 8 hours per week, allowing flexibility with work-life balance
