We’re currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Houseman. This position plays a vital part in ensuring our events run smoothly and our spaces remain polished and welcoming. Job Description: As a Houseman, you will: - Assist with event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement, décor placement, and equipment transport - Support audiovisual (AV) needs by helping staff with basic setup and troubleshooting - Move and organize event equipment and furnishings between spaces as needed - Perform light cleaning and upkeep of event areas before, during, and after events - Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless guest experiences - Maintain a professional, courteous, and proactive presence throughout each shift Requirements: - Basic English language skills. - Previous experience preferred. - Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an Employee typically encounters while performing the essential functions of the position.
