What will you do? Assign duties to scheduled team members and oversee opening/closing procedures of concession stands Oversee daily operations of multiple concessions stands in an assigned area of the ballpark Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system Enure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary More about you Experience working in Food Service is required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred Must be able to implement rules and direct employees Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment No college degree required Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock to 35 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in va riable temperatures, de pending on the season Shift details Evenings Days Weekends Events Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at the 41,297-seat Comerica Park, home of the MLB's Detroit Tigers.
