A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Human Rights Nonprofit Consultant Recruiter.

Must be able to:
Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and recruiting sources
Source talent, pre-screen conversations and support the onboarding process
Provide weekly and monthly reporting on recruiting activities
Skills and Requirements Include:

2-4 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
Skills in database management and record-keeping
Excel and MS Office proficiency
