The Human Resource Lead ORDC provides ongoing HR support for the
leadership team, and provides direction and support for associates
and new employees through the orientation process.
Respond to employee inquires regarding Human Resources policies,
benefits, procedures, and programs, including union contract
interpretation. Provide employee relations consultation and
coaching, and offer referrals to appropriate services or

Assists in production of written and/or electronic communications
for the ORDC to ensure compliance with written HR policies and

Relations regarding performance management issues, providing
guidance on appropriate content and leveling.
Manages recruitment and on-boarding of hourly associates.
Conducts hourly associate orientation, ensuring timely completion
of all required documents.
Manages online training processes and ensures timely completion by
all hourly team members.
Manages associate recognition and vendor recreational discount
Create and update spreadsheets and documents.
Run standard HR reports and create ad hoc reports as required.
Maintain accurate data through audits and analysis.
Maintenance of ORDC HR materials including Procedure Guides,
Handbooks, Interview Materials, Orientation Manuals and various
toolkits as applicable.
Create and maintain HR department calendar, projects, vacation and

in managing hourly attendance in accordance with written policies
Partners with Region HR Manager and corporate resources to respond
to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and LOA

Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include
partnering with ORDC leadership on performance management
opportunities, production of material to aid in associate training
and development, filling open hourly associate requisitions, and
promoting the ORDC people strategy through effective communication
and partnership with the leadership team.
