Job Description:

Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) Durability Technicians for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. NVH Durability Technicians will set-up, operate and monitor durability tests utilizing the 329 spindle-coupled road simulator and other test equipment on vehicles and components. NVH Durability Technicians will also help complete road load data acquisition test drivers on public roads and test tracks. This Full Time NVH Durability Technician position is based out of Livonia, MI and offers AM Day shift and possible Overtime. Candidates meeting the requirements below for this NVH Durability Technician position are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shift + possible Overtime available.Responsibilities include:Setting up and conducting vehicle tests on the MTS 329 spindle-coupled road simulatorInstrumenting test samples with sensors and transducers for data acquisition projectsSetting up custom tests on component bedplateInspecting and monitoring vehicles and other test samples undergoing testingExecuting component tests and perform test sample change outFabricating test fixturesPerforming lab and equipment maintenancePay:$18.00 - $25.00/hr., depending on experienceShift Schedule:AM Day shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday, plus OT as needed)Retirees and veterans are welcomeRequirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid U.S. driver's license and decent driving record1 year of automotive mechanic or technician experienceExperience with NVH and/or durability testingKnowledge of mechanical componentsBasic fabrication abilitiesProficient computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits:Unlimited Overtime When AvailableNo Certification RequiredVeteran Friendly EmployerWe offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after your 60 days with Performance Driven Workforce.Work with Latest Automotive TechnologyPerformance Driven Workforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer
