Job Description We are seeking a Service Technician for our client in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Our client is a global market leader in the integration of wheel and tire assembly and test systems. Headquartered in Michigan, they are a premiere supplier for our clients in the auto industry, specializing in system solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers. Job Purpose Service customers by installing, servicing systems and products. Primary Responsibilities --- Provide service and customer support --- Installation, startup, training, and service of OEM automation equipment --- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions --- Follow all customer---s procedures and protocols Education & Qualifications --- 1-2 years of technical experience --- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and PLC (programmable logic controllers) knowledge --- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical components --- Well versed in machine controls and have good mechanical aptitude --- Valid driver---s license and have or be able to acquire a valid passport --- Motivated with strong interpersonal skills Direct Reports This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
