Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of IT project management methodologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocations, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Lead and motivate project team members, and ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and customers.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
