issues and measures success in the satisfaction of the customer.
Responsibilities: Monitor core network elements, network
performance, and facilities for service issues and proactively
address potential issues Perform remote troubleshooting
whilealwaysmaintaininga positive and professional mannerin
high-stress situations Take repair calls and provide status to
customers on a regular basis Maintain workload through a queue
detailing each ticket with notes of stepstakentest results and
resolution Provide installation/configuration guidance and testing
to customers and partners Act as first level of escalation for
repairs and orders forCustomer Careand Service Delivery Provide
remote support for Field Services teams Provide 24x7 on-call
support as needed, including ability to work a flexible, off-hours
schedule for planned/unplanned issues Make recommendations for
process and procedure improvement Maintain schedule of network
maintenance Be able to perform individually at or above
expectations Qualifications,skills,and knowledge: Abachelorsdegree
inrelated field Previousexperience in IT, customer service, or
other related fields 2 years of voice and data troubleshooting
experience Customer-first attitude CCNA, CCENT, or other Cisco
certifications are preferred Cisco/AdtranRouter and Switch
experience, VoIP experience preferred Intermediate understanding of
telephony, IP, LAN/WAN technology concepts Strong analytical skills
