Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney for the Writing
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts and provide
feedback to enhance legal writing quality
Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for accuracy and
compliance with USCIS guidelines
Collaborate with team members and internal teams to finalize
documents and improve processes
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at
least one U.S. jurisdiction
2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on
writing-intensive case types
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal
writing
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote
team
Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and
Slack
