IT Support Specialist 1st Level

Exciting opportunity to work with the IT department at Masco?s
corporate headquarters in Livonia Michigan. This position will be
working in our client services area that supports our headquarters
and all our business units across North America. This is full time
position. Responsibilities will revolve around both first level
support along with administration of the knowledge management
system. Support will include both remote and deskside visits.
Potential future growth into a team lead along with application and
server support. This position will be part of a five-person team,
but you will work with the entire IT department on different
--- 1st level IT support including triage and research for both
internal and external customers
--- Primary knowledge management system administrator
--- Diagnose and solve computer hardware and software problems.
--- Install and setup personal computer hardware and software.
--- Train new help desk employees
--- Perform IT orientation for new employees
--- Create and follow documentation for operational procedures.
--- Manage work to comply with measured KPIs and service levels
--- Minimum of 2 years of IT help desk/support experience
--- Proven communication skills
--- Excellent customer service skills
--- Excellent troubleshooting skills
--- Strong interpersonal skills
--- Experience with Windows 10, Office 2016, Skype, Teams,
--- Basic understanding of networks
