Position Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Assist in the organization of billings; including new vendor setup and processing and approving vendors invoices accurately
  
• Field all incoming internal service inquiries and ensure all inquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers and ensure customer communications, relations, and service is a top priority
  
• Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all timecards for the Warehouse team and Service Technicians
  
• Responsible for managing the full life-cycle of all internal service work orders, including creating work orders, updating work orders with technician comments, and closing the work order
  
• Maintain accurate record keeping
  
• Assist the Head Mechanic with prioritizing the work order schedule and ensure all work orders are closed in a timely fashion

  • Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
    
  • General knowledge of mechanical/heavy equipment terms and industrial construction means and methods
    
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
    
  • Experience with Viewpoint software preferred

    • Minimum of 3+ years of construction equipment management, heavy equipment repair or similar market
      
    • Associates degree required, 4-year degree preferred
