an experienced Search marketing professional, with desirable B2B
and SaaS experience, to execute digital demand creation marketing
at scale to activate a wide range of target segments with global
impact. Bringing your experience with the buyer's journey,
engagement strategies, and execution, you'll immediately make an
impact through a positive relationship with your peers, content
marketing specialists, and a large team of B2B marketing
professionals. You think customer-first when you build digital
experiences and journeys, digital advertising, email marketing
automation, and more. You love to test, optimize, and try new
tactics! To be successful in this role, you should have experience
in SEM, SEO, and B2B software marketing. You will work with
regional teams and partners around the globe, so international
marketing experience is helpful. Together, we will continually
review campaign and program performance and results to ensure we
exceed our team's targets. Your ability to execute and promote
clear and valuable communications will help businesses find, adopt,
expand, and renew their use of our rapidly growing Xcelerator
portfolio. You possess both hands-on campaign execution and tools
knowledge around nurture-based marketing and the analytical skills
to optimize campaigns based on testing and ongoing results. You
have an entrepreneurial approach and can both independently and
collaboratively conceptualize campaign improvements. This role is
targeted to search marketing experts formed into self-organizing
industry-focused pods that focus on strategizing the digital
components of prioritized demand generation and awareness
campaigns. Deeply understanding current digital marketing
capabilities and curious to explore and learn about newly emerging
capabilities. Understand and advocate the buyer's journey and LAER
(Land Adopt Expand Renew) model. You take ownership and
responsibility for coming together with the other Search
specialists and Marketing specialists on multiple channels to
represent the Battery industry on a consistent, strategic path
toward growing our demand generation and awareness based on team
targets. You work with the Industry Strategy, Marketing, and
Execution teams to align on priority and process. You are agile and
constantly look to enhance the predictability and quality of your
internal customers. As a Search specialist, you support the team
and the business by directly executing tasks, training, and
developing the next best practices. You coach interns and
stakeholders to look for and implement solutions. You are allergic
to the "it's not my job" mentality. Key Responsibilities Finding
and optimizing keywords / critical search terms and related
webpages and ad copy to optimize the customer and buyer journey and
deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience.
Actively support your partners, internal customers, and key vendors
to devise, develop, and project manage stand-out differentiated
search marketing campaigns that support prioritized program
objectives Actively empower the planning and coordination of search
programs and being able to share best practices to cross
collaborating teams Influence and execute search optimization
processes to test creative design, content, cadence, and timing to
improve performance and implementation into our acquisition
strategy Develop and support the skills to design the strategy for
and help deliver digital marketing components of strategic
marketing campaigns Regularly report on organic and paid search
performance for your industry and d make recommendations on how to
improve and expand our search presence and demand generation
Collaborate with Global Demand Operations and Data Analytics and
Automation and Search vendor teams (agencies) to ensure analytics
and tracking are fully functional and serve the teams' needs for
reporting and optimization purposes. Align with key peers and
partners, the Social Acquisition team members, and E-commerce lead
to present a unified front on our Acquisition strategy to the lead
of the Acquisition Search. Work closely with derivative content,
global events, and branding team to ensure consistent processes
across all search platforms and collaborate on search strategy from
awareness/reputation to global events and demand generation Name
and maintain a list of top business critical keywords that we are
tracking and optimizing against to support our web traffic and
acquisition strategy for the business. Support overall execution of
search promotions, including organic and paid search across various
search platforms. Ads could include but are not limited to search
text ads, remarketing, YouTube ads, P. Max campaigns, banners ads
via search networks, and more. Platforms inclusive of Google, Bing,
Yahoo, Baidu, and more. Organize and manage the day-to-day creation
of purchase orders and invoice/forecast tracking for vendor and
other search partners Collaborate closely with Digital Platforms
Content Production & Optimization team's SEO (Search Engine
Optimization) Strategist and SEO technical expert to find
opportunities to improve search performance via development
changes, customer experiences, and UX design Track and report out
on our Google Core Vitals for your industry pages Ensure team
members use the Pods search budget, document, and track towards
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Influence industry budget for
Search and spending pace Develop and support the skills, both
technical and soft skills and capabilities to ensure there is
enough coverage of the key responsibilities based on the business
needs Alignment and support for the Zones on your industry
operations Support search acquisition processes that ensure
alignment with prioritized campaigns, continuous improvement of
both process and business outcomes, predictability, quality, and
high team member engagement. Collaborate and support nurture
strategy through search remarketing tactics and continually grow
this practice within the business, ensuring alignment with our
Marketing models Share outcomes and follow up on next steps from
regular operational reviews Actively participate in communities of
practice group to encourage best practice sharing Help develop,
align, and evaluate progress and results of your industry-focused
business performance measures for awareness and demand generation.
Establish detailed A/B testing processes to test content, cadence,
and timing to improve performance Skills and abilities Advanced
understanding of buyer's journey and B2B marketing strategies.
Advanced experience working with various search engine partners and
vendor management Robust process and strategic focus, with specific
experience in continuous delivery Advanced agile mindset with
ability and experience in managing complex stakeholder situations,
changing scope, and complex technical landscapes Experience working
with SEO and Search marketing tools and platforms such as SEMrush,
Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, Keywords Everywhere, Conductor Searchlight, Screaming Frog
Writing skills on an engaging ad copy. Strong verbal and written
communication skills and the ability to work optimally across
internal and external organizations. Experience with project and
budget management tools Possess outstanding problem-solving,
project management, analytical, and research skills Required
Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing,
Business, Computer Science, Web Development, Mobile Computing,
Software Engineering or a related field of study or equivalent work
experience 6+ years of broad and profound working experience and
understanding in paid/organic search, and 3rd party promotions. 3+
experience with managing Search accounts and overseeing large
budgets Proven record of owning campaign outcomes and optimizing
for engagement and conversion metrics. Working Conditions/Physical

range for this position is $93,400 to $168,100 and this role is
eligible to earn another 5-8% in variable pay. Siemens offers a
