What you get to do every single day

  Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support
  
  
• 
  Work together with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  
  
• 
  Type and continue custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  
  
• 
  Administer and control all installed systems and infrastructure
  
  
• 
  Lend a hand to the design of information and operational support systems
  
  
• 
  Safeguard security, redundancy strategies, and back up
  
  
• 
  Maintain, install, configure, and test system management tools, application software, and operating systems
  
  
• 
  Track an assay application performance for potential bottlenecks, determine possible solutions, and collaborate with developers to achieve those fixes
  
  
• 
  Take preventive action to safeguard the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Requirements - Deep understanding of Enterprise Security
  
  
• 
  Desktop Environment experience required
  
  
• 
  MS Windows Server 2012 experience
  
  
• 
  Network Troubleshooting experience preferred
  
  
• 
  It is preferred for applicants to have solid scripting skills
  
  
• 
  If you have experience with automation software, you will be strongly preferred for this position
  
  
• 
  Candidates experience with virtualization and containerization will be the best fit for this position
  
  
•
