We are seeking an experienced customer service/sales representative to serve our members promptly and professionally while conducting monetary transactions. Essential Functions:

• Greet customers and welcome them to PDCU
• Process transactions for members accurately and quickly while meeting regulatory compliance requirements
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
• Identify how to make financial services more convenient for members by finding the right solutions for members and recommending additional products and services and special promotions. Job Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service is preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Speed, accuracy, and confidentiality in processing detailed transactions.
    • Adaptable and willing to work flexible working hours including Saturdays.
    • Excellent attendance and punctuality
    • Strong member/employee service orientation, with a passion for delivering superior service/results
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to exhibit a pleasant disposition under all circumstances
    • Capable of handling conflict and difficult conversations, multiple concurrent tasks and constant interruptions
    • Good organization and time management skills
    • Tech savvy with good working knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software, use of the Internet and the ability to learn internal use software.
