Infineon Technologies is seeking for a talented VUE Segment PAE - MCS to join our exciting and growing team at our Livonia, MI.In your new role you will:Build technical expertise working alongside the regional technical specialist focused on automotive electronic motor control applicationsDevelop system understanding and assist in the creation of system solutions utilizing Infineon discrete and embedded motor control devices, microcontrollers, power supplies, networking devices and sensorsCollaborate with sales team to provide application and product support to OEMs and Tier 1s to secure new business opportunitiesProvide 2nd level support to field application engineers for Infineon's MOTIX--- MOSFET drivers, bridge drivers, system basis chips and embedded processing portfolio of automotive motor control productsEstablish and develop trusted relationships with key customer engineering personnel and decision makersYou are best equipped for this task if you have:B.S. Electrical Engineering0-3 years of experience as a semiconductor application engineer or automotive electronic system design engineer. Preferably with experience in motor control applications involving full and half-H bridge drivers, BLDC motor control fundamentals, closed-loop motor control theory and algorithm developmentBasic understanding of the application of motor control-related products including power MOSFETs, 32-bit microcontrollers and sensorsThermal design, analysis, modeling, and simulation experience beneficial,Curiosity and motivation to learn and apply new and innovative methods to proactively solve problems.Good interpersonal skills to communicate technical information to customers and Infineon sales and technical peers.Desire to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a highly-motivated team with a broad range of skills and mindsets to achieve common success.Infineon Technologies cares about our employees' health and well-being, and we are dedicated to offering a competitive, comprehensive, and valuable benefits package for you and your dependents.
