charge of the setup and operation of Hydromat machines to ensure
the production of quality parts.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.Read and
understand part specific blue prints and dimensionsRecognize
quality principles as applied to productsAbility to use
micrometers, calipers and basic gagesAbility to follow instructions
and proceduresMust be flexible and willing to help out in other
areas when necessaryCheck parts with optical inspection equipment
or equivalent measurementUnderstands procedures and work
instructionsUses appropriate statistical toolsUnderstands proper
operation of machineCan change Hydromat Machine toolingPerform
comprehensive machine preventive maintenance routinesCompetenciesTo
effectively perform the job, and individual should demonstrate the
