Our home infusion nurses play an integral role in this process, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that prescribed infusion therapies can be safely and effectively administered in the home setting. About the role: As an Intake Coordinator at KabaFusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances along with acute and chronic therapies to include IVIg, TPN's and antibiotics. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.
