What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors OHM Advisors is seeking a highly motivated System Administrator with one (1) to three (3) years of relevant IT experience. This position will assist other team members with maintaining, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting local On-Prem and Cloud-based systems. You will work closely with the Senior System Administrator and other team members to help accomplish goals. Applicants will require strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical staff. Your Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance for:
• Windows Servers
• Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual Infrastructure
• Local and Cloud Network Storage
• Microsoft Office365 and Azure (including AAD & AVD)
• Project planning for larger projects and higher-tier support
• Provide high-level IT support, assistance, and troubleshooting
• As needed travel to remote offices What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 1-3 years of IT related experience
  • 1 or more years of experience with one or more of the following: Virtualization technologies like Windows Hyper-V Server or Azure AVD, Local and/or Cloud based Storage experience, Local infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting, Tier 2 or 3 technical support
  • Configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of network, Windows server, and security solutions
  • Experience configuring and managing Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP,
  • PowerShell knowledge
